When a tree is removed, you're left with a tree stump. Many customers choose to have us remove the tree stump when we're finished with a tree removal job.
Stump grinding involves grinding down the stump to approximately 12 inches below the soil surface. We also grind out the tree’s surface roots within three feet of the stump.
After the stump is fully ground, we use the grindings to fill the hole that's left behind by the stump grinding process.
